Oksana is a Product Delivery Leader and Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of experience in large-scale product delivery with budgets up to 150M in enterprise-level Fortune 500 organizations and tech start-ups. Oksana is a cybersecurity advocate and tech industry speaker.
Currently, Oksana is a Delivery Leader for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan in the Claims and Provider area. She leads the company's Product Transformation efforts and manages relationships with multiple Kaiser Permanente vendors involved in the portfolio delivery work (Accenture, HCL, and TCS). Oksana is also the founder and CEO of Scalleo Group, a boutique B2B change management consulting company.
Before Kaiser Permanente, Oksana worked in multiple Fortune 500 high-tech companies in Silicon Valley as a consultant involved in large-scale change management initiatives with Cisco and NetApp and later as a full-time employee with Cisco in the Core Software Group, leading portfolio management strategy definition and implementation with key stakeholders groups and C-Level executive team.
In 2015, Oksana initiated the opening of the first Women Who Code branch in Ukraine. The organization is thriving with over 5000 active attendees and 150 + successfully conducted events.
